How to Access Your SuitYou Membership

1. Sign in

Use the same email address you used when purchasing your SuitYou membership. Shopify will email you a one-time verification code. Enter that code to sign in. You do not need to create or remember a password.

2. Open My SuitYou

After signing in, open My SuitYou to see your membership access and included Worlds, revisit Saved items, and find membership and account controls. Use Explore in the menu to choose a World or browse resources. Your included resources will unlock when you are signed in.

Saved items are saved on this device. They do not currently sync between devices.

3. Start learning

• One World: Resources included in your World unlock when you are signed in.
• Multiple Worlds: Resources in all your included Worlds unlock.
• SuitYou All Access: All five Worlds are available.

Choose what you want to learn through the Explore menu. Open an included resource to read, listen, watch, or download it, depending on its format. Worlds outside your membership remain available to preview.

4. Manage your membership

Open Manage Membership to view your membership details and renewal information, or cancel your membership. For help changing your plan, contact SuitYou Support.

Having trouble?

• Make sure you are signing in with the same email used at checkout.
• Check spam or junk if the Shopify sign-in code does not arrive.
• Confirm you are signed into the correct account.
• Refresh My SuitYou after signing in.
• If access still does not appear, contact SuitYou Support or email support@suityou.org.
