Refund Policy

Digital purchases and membership access

SuitYou provides digital products, learning resources, and membership access that may be delivered immediately after purchase.

Because digital access is provided immediately, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or where a billing error has occurred.

Cancellation is separate from a refund

Cancelling a recurring membership prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed. You may cancel future renewals at any time before your next renewal after your initial paid order; no additional renewals are required. See our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Access or billing problems

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience an access or billing problem, please contact SuitYou Support so we can review the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
