Automatic renewal

SuitYou memberships renew automatically at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. Memberships are digital; no physical shipping or shipping charge applies. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Cancelling future renewals

After your initial paid order, you may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal to prevent future charges. You do not need to complete any additional renewals.

You can manage cancellation through your membership portal or contact SuitYou Support.

When you cancel, your membership remains available through the end of your current paid billing period, unless access is restricted under our Terms of Service.

Already-processed payments

Cancelling a membership does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed. Please see our Refund Policy for completed purchases.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have an access or billing issue, contact SuitYou Support so we can review it.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
